About Sreejeeth Ramprasad
I'm Sreejeeth. I run a practice built around one thing: real exposure to the world of work, for your child, before they have to choose a stream at Class 10.
Before this, I was the Chief Technology Officer of Mentoria — one of India's most respected career-counselling companies — and VP of Product there before that. I've seen how career guidance gets done in this country from the inside, and at scale — and exactly where it stops.
This is that same instinct, pointed now at the one decision the school system forces and almost no one prepares a family to make well.
Why I Do This
By the end of Class 10, every child in India has to choose — Science, Commerce, or Arts — and the decision shapes the next decade of their life. The trouble is the timing: by 13 a child hasn't been exposed to enough of the world to know what they're truly drawn to, yet the school calendar demands a commitment anyway. By the time a mismatch shows, money's been spent and years have passed.
I believe most career dissatisfaction starts earlier than people think — not in the job, but in a decision made years before, taken without enough to go on. People who end up in work that genuinely fits them are more satisfied, and they do better work. I think that effect is badly underestimated, because the choice falls due long before anyone has had the chance to see what a child is actually drawn to.
That's the gap I exist to close — and not by handing your child an answer. By giving them enough of the world to find their own.
What This Is
A child can't choose between things they've never seen.
Give a child three flavours of ice cream — vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. They'll pick one, and mean it. But if the flavour they'd love most is butterscotch, they'll never know until someone hands them a bowl of it.
