Why I Do This
Here's what I believe about work.
Every task has a part that needs you and a part that doesn't. The part that needs you is where your judgment, taste, and perspective live. It's the decision about what to build. The instinct that a draft isn't right yet. The eye for what the customer actually needs. That's the first 10% and the last 10%.
The middle 80% is necessary, but it doesn't need your presence the way it used to. Drafting, formatting, researching, iterating, compiling. AI can do this well enough that your role shifts from doing to directing.
When the 80% clears, something interesting happens. People don't just produce more. They produce better. They bring more of themselves to the work. The quality goes up because the person behind the work finally has room to exercise what's unique about them.
I didn't set out to build an AI consultancy. I set out to help people do the work they're actually here to do. AI just happens to be the most powerful tool available right now for clearing the path.
How I Work
I do this solo. One company at a time. One team at a time. One person at a time.
When I embed with a team, I'm not running a programme. I'm sitting next to each person, watching how they actually work, and building AI into their specific workflows with them. Not for them. With them.
The playbook each team gets at the end of the week isn't a generic template. It's a living document they built themselves. That's why they actually use it after I leave.
I'm tool-agnostic. If ChatGPT solves a problem better than Claude, we use ChatGPT. If a free tool outperforms a paid one, we use the free one. I'm not selling a platform. I'm teaching a capability.
